VibeScanHQ is provided by CnJ Specialties LLC (Washington, USA), operating VibeScanHQ.

1. Service

VibeScanHQ provides automated, read-only security scanning of URLs you submit. We do not modify your application.

2. Authorization

You must only scan apps you own or are explicitly authorized to test. Each scan requires an ownership/authorization confirmation, which we log with IP address and timestamp.

3. Accounts & billing

Paid plans are billed via Stripe. Fees are described on the Pricing page. You can cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal. No refunds for partial months unless required by law.

4. Acceptable use

Use is also governed by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend accounts that scan unauthorized targets or abuse the service.

5. Disclaimers

Scans are best-effort and not a guarantee of security. Findings may include false positives or miss issues. You remain responsible for securing your apps and rotating any exposed credentials.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibeScanHQ’s liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior 3 months.
